Desteitaly.com ships worldwide through GLS. As requested by the laws that rule the trading, all the shipments of Desteitaly.com are accompanied by a formal invoice that contains the value of every single product in Euros. For the items on sale the invoice contains discounted amounts. The commands are shipped from Desteitaly.com Milan, Italy –Monday –Friday 9:00-16:00 CE. The commands received from Friday night to Sunday night will be taken in charge on Monday morning. Desteitaly.com is not responsible for the delays of the shipments caused by:
the weather, customs international issues or any other circumstances that are out of d’Este Italy’s control.
The shipment is 5€ in all UE. We have chosen GLS to provide a reliable and safe service.
The commands confirmed and made by 16:00 CET are shipped the same day. During the period of sales or promotions, the shipments may require more time. In any case Desteitaly.com. is entitled to postpone the shipment whenever an important incident takes place.
When the command is shipped, our Costumers receive an e-mail with the number of tracking and with a link in order to track the shipment.
In case of delays caused by customs offices, Costumes will be contacted directly by the courier or by Desteitaly.com.
When the products are received, Costumes are kindly requested to check the packages before signing for the delivery of the shipments. The packaging of Desteitaly.com with d’Este Italy’s logo is carefully covered in order to protect the contents.
If for any reason the packaging appears compromised or if the adhesive tape does not appear intact, Costumers are asked to sign with reserve the delivery or to reject it. If the delivery was accepted by an unauthorised person or in case of tampering, Costumes are asked to contact immediately the courier or directly Desteitaly.com through the e-mail: email@example.com.
All the Costumers that carry out a command, establish a business relationship with Desteitlay.com and because of this, they should accept the delivery of their products. If the command is not delivered because of the Costumer (wrong address, always absent receiver, wrong phone number, ecc.), or if the Costumer denies the delivery, the delivery charges or potential customs fees will be deducted from the refund of the Costumer.
